 TAMPA — The Washington state man is scheduled to enter a guilty plea on Monday afternoon. He has consented to assist federal prosecutors in their pursuit of Tampa media consultant Tim Burke, whom they believe was involved in a plot to get illegal access to web videos.


Last month, Marco Gaudino agreed to enter a guilty plea to a single conspiracy charge by signing a plea deal.


Gaudino agrees to "cooperate fully with the United States in the investigation and prosecution of other persons" in a 32-page agreement that was submitted to a federal court in Tampa on Monday morning. This include, if required, giving testimony in court. According to the agreement, Gaudino has already given investigators information.
